November Illinois American bills

So I thought to myself "hey, it's been a while since we got a water bill".  I checked my latest bill and saw that the last read date was October 4 and the next read date isn't scheduled until NOVEMBER 27TH!!  Unbelievable....we are going to be getting hit with huge water bills right in the middle of the holiday season.  I really hope that someone in the Village Hall is taking notice of the shady practices of IL American Water.  We need all the ammunition we can get to wrest our water utility out of the hands of this incompetent company.
