Water! Really?
Seriously! What is going on with Il American Water! I just called because I've not received a bill and they "just switched their billing system" and had to hire a third party biller to handle Bolingbrook accounts. I'm sure that cost will be trickled down to us! Plus, they could not tell me what my bill is going to be because they don't have it in the system yet and so it may take them a couple of months to get their billing done. So... I'm sure I can expect a HUGE bill. Is anyone else sick of IL American Water or is it just me?
