Theft from Meijer
Officers were called to Meijer, 755 E. Boughton Rd., for the report of retail theft, police said. Suspects left the store with two children’s V-Tech tablets and food items at 2:15 p.m. The loss was valued at $400.

Officers were called to Meijer, 225 N. Weber Rd., for the report of a retail theft, police said. The thief stole two pairs of headphones from the store without paying. The loss was valued at $400.

Recycling collection boxes from area businesses
Two recycling collection boxes were stolen from area businesses in the 300 block of S. Bolingbrook Drive and the 200 block of N. Weber Road between Dec. 13 and 21, police said.
Resisting a peace officer
David Croom, 22, 603 Woodcreek Dr., was arrested at 8:10 a.m. and charged with resisting a peace officer following traffic stop at Garden Drive and Orchard Drive, police said.
Criminal trespass to property, resisting a peace officer
Michael Braxton Jr., 20, 1531 Shagbark Dr. and Nicole Garner, 20, 1531 Shagbark Dr., were both arrested at 12:05 a.m. and charged with criminal trespass to property and resisting a peace officer following a disturbance at McDonald’s, 295 N. Weber Rd., police said.

Bag of money stolen from Dunkin Donuts register
A bag of money was stolen from a locked register at Dunkin Donuts, 200 S. Bolingbrook Dr., between Dec. 19 and 20, police said. The loss was valued at $600.
Car keyed
A car parked on the 300 block of W. Briarcliff Road was keyed between 12:30 p.m. and 2:15 p.m., police said. The damage was estimated at $500.
Car window broken
A window was broken to a vehicle parked on the 100 block of S. Commonwealth Drive between Dec. 19 and 20, police said. Nothing was taken.
