Beer, lottery tickets, CD's stolen from business 

The glass door to a business on the 200 block of S. Bolingbrook Drive was broken at 2:35 a.m., police said. Beer, lottery tickets and music CD’s were stolen.

Driving under the influence 

Timothy Carroll, 50, 454 Windsor Dr., Oswego, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. and charged with DUI following traffic stop at Boughton Road and Winston Drive, police said.

Credit card fraud 

A 17-year-old was arrested at 2:45 p.m. and charged with theft and credit card fraud after removing credit cards from a victim’s wallet on the 200 block of S. Bolingbrook Drive and making a purchase at Wal-Mart, 200 S. Bolingbrook Dr., police said. 

Credit card fraud 

Precious McClay, 23, 12603 S. Justice Ln., Calumet City, was arrested at 10:24 a.m. and charged with credit card fraud on the 400 block N. Bolingbrook Drive, police said. 

In-state warrant, equipment violation

Jose Soto, 47, 11401 S. Preakness Dr., Plainfield, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. and charged with an in-state warrant, driving on a suspended license, no insurance and an equipment violation following traffic stop at Delaware Circle and York Street, police said.
