Feb. 5A tote bag containing two cell phones, several credit cards, a checkbook and a handgun was taken from an unsecured vehicle on the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive at 9:05 a.m., police said.
Feb. 4Kyle Gonzalez, 27, 245 Whitewater Dr., was charged with no valid driver’s license, no valid registration and possession of drug equipment, following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook Dr. and Lily Cache Ln. at 7:07 p.m., according to police.
Feb. 3Arlene Pryor, 54, 228 Bristol Way, was charged with theft at Macy’s, 645 E. Boughton Rd., after police said she took money from the store register over a six-month period. Loss valued at $700.
A rear and side window were broken to a vehicle parked on Lily Cache Ln. & Raider Way between 8:40 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., police said.
Officers responded to the area of Cranberry Dr. and Clear Ln. for the report of an armed robbery. The victim reportedly got stuck in a snow drift while leaving a party at around 12:50 a.m., and while attempting to push out the vehicle, two unknown subjects offered to help, then displayed a handgun. The suspects allegedly stole cell phones and a laptop before running off, police said.
John Ketchem, 54, 5627 N. Mulligan Ave., Chicago, was charged with driving too fast for conditions and two counts of DUI, following a traffic stop at Lily Cache Ln. & Schmidt Rd. at 4:40 p.m., police said.
