Why people still drive drunk is beyond my comprehension! Glad nobody got hurt or died.

Hey Katie. It's beyond my comprehension that people still text, talk or surf the internet while driving. That's a bigger problem than drunk drivers these days since so many people are addicted to their smartphones... Sad part is they aren't arresting people and taking their licenses away. I guess more people have to die before they do that.... OH WAIT, that would be inconvenient for the government officials and police who are guilty of doing it too.
