Bolingbrook Blotter: Man Charged with Residential Burglary

Someone spray-painted two utility boxes with graffiti in the 100 block of Winston Drive, police said.

Two bicycles were stolen from a garage in the 700 block of Glenside Drive between 8 and 9 a.m., police said.

Michael Fontaine, 48, of the 600 block of Preston Drive, was arrested by Bolingbrook police and charged with resisting a peace officer, after police were called to the home around 10:58 p.m, according to police.

Micah Tate, 18, of the 1000 block of Crestwood Court, was arrested at Target, 1188 W. Boughton Rd., and charged with retail theft, poice said.

David Niemiec, 24, of the 200 block of Lancaster Drive, was arrested and charged with domestic battery following a call to his home around 4:10 p.m. He was also arrested on an in-state warrant, police said.

Anthony Hernandez, 45, of the 200 block of Emerson Circle, was arrested on an in-state warrant, police said.

Tommaso J. Incesti, 24, of the 17000 block of 92nd Avenue in Tinley Park, was arrested by Bolingbrook police and charged with residential burglary, felony theft and possession of burglary tools, police said.
