Bolingbrook Blotter: Panhandler Arrested, Stolen Cell Phone, Resisting Arrest

June 28

Quitman Johnson, 19, of 317 Lancelot Ct., was charged with resisting a peace officer in Lot C of Beaconridge Drive, police said.

Jacob Lasusa, 22, of 85 Seabury Rd., was charged with disorderly conduct on the 100 block of S. Bolingbrook Drive after allegedly panhandling for cash to patrons of the business, police said.

Someone used a brick to damage the hood, quarter panels and passenger side window of a car parked in the 200 block of Diane Lane, police said.

Joseph Derbas, 18, of 209 Walker Dr., was charged with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct after police said he kicked an air conditioning unit and damaged two hall lights at the Quality Inn, 175 W. Remington Blvd.

Christopher McKnuckle, 19, of 241 Edgehill Dr., was charged with resisting a peace officer on the 300 block of W. Briarcliff Rd. after allegedly taking a cell phone and running from officers, police said.
   
A 15-year-old from Chicago was charged with resisting a peace officer following a call to Hassert Boulevard and Weber Road reporting juveniles throwing rocks at vehicles driving by, according to police.

Someone stole a 2006 Vanguard Trailer from Gateway Court, police said.
