March 18

Someone stole a wallet from an apartment in the 600 block of Preston Drive while the victim was doing laundry, police said.


March 20

Cesar Arguell, 21, of the 600 block of Cedar Court, Romeoville, was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property in connection with the theft of a cell phone stolen in the 100 block of North Bolingbrook Drive, police said.

Guy Bailargeon, 35, of the 0-100 block of Elm Court was arrested on an in-state warrant, according to police.

March 21

Someone stole a gift card and ID card valued at $60 from an unlocked vehicle on Ridge Court, police said.

Someone stole a radar detector and cell phone, worth a total of $280, from an unlocked vehicle in the 300 block of Whitewater, according to police.

A handgun was stolen from a home in the 100 block of Cranberry Drive, police said.

Someone stole a 53-foot trailer form a parking lot in the 200 block of Old Chicago Way, according to police.

A 15-year-old was charged with burglary to a vehicle after allegedly entering several vehicles and stealing loose change, cigars and flashlights in the 300 block of Berkeley Drive, police said.

Marvin Alexander, 47, of the 100 block of North Cranberry was arrested and charged with DUI, improper lane use and resisting arrest, according to police.

March 22

Ryan Tierney, 19, of the 800 block of College Boulevard, Addison, was arrested and charged with cannabis possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane use and equipment violation in the 200 block of Lily Cache, police said.

Someone stole a utility trailer valued at $100,000 from a parking lot in the 600 block of 107th Street, police said.

March 23

Joy Taborn, 39, of the 300 block of Elm Street, was arrested at Walmart, 200 S. Bolingbrook Dr., and charged with retail theft, police said.

Someone stole a catalytic converter from a vehicle parked in the 200 block of North Bolingbrook Drive, police said.

Kristo Jano, 30 of the 700 block of Blackhawk Lane, was arrested and charged with equipment violation, possession of cannabis and possession of drug equipment, according to police.

March 24

Someone stole more than $1,000 worth of scrap metal from the 700 block of South Weber Road, police said.

Robin Clemens, 25, of the 400 block of Valerie Lane in Addison was arrested and charged with operating an uninsured vehicle, driving without insurance, driving on a suspended license and possession of drug equipment during a traffic stop at Pinecrest and Rockhurt, police said.

Someone stole a wallet containing currency and identification, a men's jacket, keys and a men's watch, worth a total of more than $500, at LA Fitness, 506 Janes Ave.

A 2004 Wabash Trailer worth more than $25,000 was stolen in the 200 block of East Old Chicago Drive, police said.

A 2001 Stoughton trailer worth $10,000 was stolen from the 1400 block of Remington Boulevard, according to police.

Someone stole a catalytic converter from a vehicle parked in the 100 block of South Bolingbrook Drive, police said.

March 26
Someone stole men's clothing, a gold chain and cash, for a total loss of $500, from a gym locker that had been pried open at LA Fitness, 506 Janes Ave.
