Bolingbrook Blotter: Woman Charged with DUI, Driving Wrong Way on One-Way Street

Arrests, incidents reported by Bolingbrook police.

April 6

Felisa Morris, 32, of the 500 block of Sonoma Drive, was arrested at 4:01 a.m. at Route 53 and I-55 and charged with DUI, driving without insurance and driving the wrong way down a one-way street, according to police.

Haven Edwards, 25, of the 300 block of Newport Lane, Aurora, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. in the 200 block of Bolingbrook Drive and charged with possession of cannabis and resisting a peace officer, police said.

Javier Garcia-Aguilar, 20, of the 3900 block of 64th Street, Chicago, was arrested after police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 300 block of Woodcreek and charged with aggravated assault, battery and resisting a peace officer after fighting with officers, police said.

Allyson Knight, 21, of the 100 block of Seabury Road; and Maurice Thomas, 23, of the 400 block of Rockhurst Road, were charged with retail theft at Meijer, 755 Boughton Road, according to police.

Someone stole a Samsung cell phone, valued at $300, while the victim was folding laundry in the 100 block of Bolingbrok Drive, police said.

April 9

Someone stole a tire from a vehicle parked in the 500 block of Kildeer, according to police.

An unknown subject placed to XBox controllers in his or her jacket and left Walmart, 200 S. Bolingbrook Drive, and left the store without paying, police said.

Carlos Velasco, 39, of the 500 block of Goodwin Drive, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. in the 800 block of Boughton Road and charged with DUI, traffic signal violation, improper lane use and no insurance, police said.
