Bolingbrook Man Charged with Aggravated Sexual Abuse, Victim is 16
A 34-year-old Bolingbrook man was allegedly having sex with a minor for two years, according to police.
A Bolingbrook man has been charged with aggravated sexual abuse, according to Bolingbrook police.

Cesar Marini-Garcia, 34, of the 200 block of Bunker Hill, was arrested March 7 at 9:30 p.m.
Police said they received a report that Marini-Garcia was having sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old female on multiple occasions over the past two years.

A third party learned of the situation and notified police.
Marini-Garcia was taken into custody, processed and transported to Will County ADF.
The incident remains under investigation.
