Bolingbrook Man Charged With Attempted Murder Appears in Court

Marc Larry accused of stabbing his brother at their Fernwood Drive home.

A 28-year-old man that was charged with the attempted murder of his older brother in December appeared in a Will County courtroom for his arraignment Wednesday morning.

Marc  Larry, 28, of was arraigned via videoconference before Circuit Judge Richard C. Schoenstedt. He remains in custody at the Will County Adult Detention Facility on charges of attempted murder, aggravated domestic battery and aggravated battery with a weapon.

Larry allegedly in the chest and stomach Dec. 27 during an argument at their home on Fernwood Drive. The victim was listed in stable condition following emergency surgery at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove.

Larry’s next court appearance will be Feb. 1 before Judge Sarah F. Jones. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for Feb. 15 in courtroom 402.
