Bolingbrook Man Charged with Child Porn Possession

A Bolingbrook man faces five counts of child pornography possession charges after police executed a search warrant at his home early Friday.
Steven G. Brooks, 35, of the 200 block of North Vincent Drive, was taken into custody following a search at around 8 a.m. Friday, Bolingbrook Lt. Mike Rompa said.
Rompa said a search warrant was issued as a result of an ongoing investigation by the Will County Illinois Crimes Against Children Unit (ICAC) for child pornography.
Brooks appeared in court on Saturday, and was released after posting 10 percent of a $50,000 bond, according to jail records.
