Police: Back Door Forced Open, Nothing Taken
A residential burglary and a robbery were among the incidents reported in the Sept. 6 Bolingbrook police blotter.

Residential burglary
Officers were called to the 100 block of Oakwood Drive for the report of a residential burglary, Bolingbrook police said. A back door was forced open to a vacant home. Nothing else was damaged or taken.

Robbery
Brian Robinson, 18, of 645 Cochise Cir., was arrested at 9:20 p.m. and charged with robbery on the 300 block of N. Schmidt Road, police said.

Driving under the influence
Raju Kuran, 41, of 7 Allegheny Ct., was arrested at 10:52 p.m. and charged with an improper turn at intersection, improper lane usage and DUI, police said.
Driving under the influence
Christopher Dummer, 23, of 731 Hudson Ave., was arrested at 2:37 a.m. and charged with traffic sign violation, two counts of DUI and driver safely belt violation following a traffic stop on the 500 block of E. Boughton Road, police said.
Driving under the influence
Will Hutchings, 29, of 17563 Bluff Rd. in Lemont, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. and charged with failure to reduce speed and DUI following a traffic stop on the 500 block of Remington Boulevard, police said.
In-state warrant
Geraldine Smith, 55, of 505 Preston Dr., was arrested at 1:37 p.m. and charged with an in-state warrant, police said.
