Police Blotter: 14-Year-Old Charged with Residential Burglary

Four arrested for allegedly stealing alcohol, car thefts and more in the Bolingbrook police blotter of Sept. 20-21.

Sept. 21 

Four arrested after allegedly stealing alcohol 

Lydell Smith, 23, of 505 Preston Dr., Fernando Gonzalez, 28, of 505 Preston Dr. and two juveniles were all arrested at 8:43 p.m. and charged with retail theft after stealing several bottles of alcohol from Food 4 Less, 271 S. Bolingbrook Dr., Bolingbrook police said.

GPS stolen 

A Magellan GPS was stolen from a car on the 100 block of Campbell Drive between Sept. 20-21, police said. The loss was valued at $250.

Possession of drug equipment, driving under the influence 

Daniel Wipfler, 23, of 530 E. Boughton Rd., was arrested at 3:11 p.m. and charged with possession of drug equipment, DUI, obstructed windshield, driving without lights, failure to signal and no driver’s license following a traffic stop, police said. Cynthia Wipfler, 52, 530 E. Briarcliff Rd., was also arrested and charged with aggravated battery and possession of drug equipment. 

Driving under the influence 

Jackqueline Graham, 46, of 330 Dean Cir., was arrested at 2:11 a.m. and charged with improper lane usage, no valid registration, moving violation, no insurance and DUI following a traffic stop at Hywood Lane and Juniper Lane, police said. 

Two counts of driving under the influence 

Pablo Gonzalez-Arellano, 32, of 204 Valley Dr., was arrested at 2:23 a.m. and charged with no insurance, illegal transportation, no valid driver’s license, two counts of DUI, speeding and improper land usage following a traffic stop on the 400 block of W. Boughton Road, police said. 

Sept. 20 

Samsung Notebook stolen 

A Samsung Netbook was stolen from an unlocked car on the 300 block of Lakeview Circle between Sept. 19 and Sept. 20, police said. The loss was valued at $200. 

Residential burglary 

Roc Bell, 19, of 459 Providence Ct., and a 14-year-old juvenile were both arrested at 5:42 p.m. and charged with residential burglary on the 100 block of Somerset Lane, police said. 

Driving under the influence 

Frank McGraw, 47, of 1326 Rosemary Ln., was arrested at 12:33 a.m. and charged with improper lane usage, seat belt violation and DUI following a traffic stop at Palmer Drive and Black Oak Drive, police said.
