Police Blotter: $7,000 in Tires Stolen
Domestic battery, car theft and more in the Bolingbrook police blotter of Aug. 6 and 8-9.
Aug. 9
Car theft
Officers were called to the 600 block of E. Boughton Road for the report of a car theft, said. A wallet, purse, I-Pass and perfume were stolen between 11:15 p.m. and 1 a.m.

Battery
Officers were called to the 600 block of E. Boughton Road for the report of a battery, police said. The victim was punched. Ryan Sass, 23, 776 Springbrook Ln., was charged with battery at 2:35 a.m.

Aug. 8
Door damaged
A door was damaged to the guard shack on the 100 block of Enclave Circle, police said.
Filing a false police report
Kelly Cezares, 46, of 237 Northridge Dr., was arrested at 2:40 a.m. and charged with filing a false police report on the 100 block of Enclave Circle, police said.
Trailer stolen from parking lot
A 1991 white trailer was stolen from a business parking lot on the 500 block of Joliet Road between Aug. 3 and 7, police said.
Aug. 6
Domestic battery
Monica Mota, 27, of 217 Hampdon Ct., was arrested at 12:47 p.m. and charged with domestic battery after a call to the residence, police said.
Tires stolen from cars
Officers were called to the 500 block of E. South Frontage Road for the report of a theft, police said. Fourteen tires were stolen from cars in the parking lot between Aug. 5 and 6. The loss was valued at $7,000.
Theft from Wal-Mart
Darren Crowder, 30, of 732 Melissa Dr., was arrested at 11:18 a.m. and charged with retail theft and criminal trespass to property at Wal-Mart, 200 S. Bolingbrook Dr., police said.
In-state warrant
Nicholas Bridgeman, 32, of 200 Campbell Dr., was charged with an in-state warrant at 4:41 p.m., police said.
In-state warrant
Denise Denney, 28, of 261 Edgehill Dr., was arrested at 7:15 p.m. and charged with an in-state warrant on the 300 block of W. Briarcliff Road, police said.
In-state warrant, obstructing justice
Jose Ramirez-Ramirez, 33, of 11D Fernwood Dr., was arrested at 11:21 p.m. and charged with in-state warrant and obstructing justice, police said.
