Police Blotter: Battery, Assault, Disorderly Conduct

Man charged after altercation with customers and employees at a business and more in the Aug. 19 Bolingbrook police blotter.

Aug. 19 

Aggravated battery

Aaron Pierce, 28, 513 N. Addison Dr., Villa Park, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. and charged with aggravated battery, criminal damage to property and assault after an altercation with employees and customers at a business on the 100 block of N. Bolingbrook Drive, said.

Aggravated domestic battery

Harold Robinson, 45, 778 Barclay Dr., was arrested at 6:51 p.m. and charged with aggravated domestic battery at Whitewater Drive and Boughton Road, police said.

Resisting a peace officer  

Roc Bell, 19, of 405 Providence Ct., was was arrested at 10:17 p.m. and charged with resisting a peace officer on the 300 block of W. Briarcliff Road, police said.

Antoine Massie, 20, of 1080 Kingerly Hwy. in Willowbrook, was arrested at 10:32 p.m. and charged with resisting peace officer on the 100 block of N. Bolingbrook Drive following a traffic stop, police said. 

Disorderly conduct 

Aaron Marshall Jr., 18, of 462 Seneca Ln., was arrested at 12:16 a.m. and charged with a moving violation and illegal possession of alcohol by minor, and a 17-year-old was arrested and charged with resisting a peace officer and disorderly conduct following an initial fight call at a business on the 100 block of N. Bolingbrook Drive, police said. 

Battery 

Officers responded to the area of Ottawa Drive and Seneca Lane for the report of a battery, police said. The victim was approached by unknown subjects and hit about their face and body. They were transported to ABH for their injuries at 9:40 p.m.
