Car damage, cosmetology kit stolen
A cosmetology kit was stolen from a car, a window was broken to gain access, parked on the 600 block of Preston Drive between Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, police said. The loss and damage was valued at $1,000.

Battery
Darnell Hardy, 49, 304 N. Janes Ave., was arrested at 6:36 p.m. and charged with battery after a call to the 200 block of N. Bolingbrook Drive after striking the victim, following a verbal argument, police said.

Window of parked car broken
An unknown offender broke the window to a vehicle parked on the 600 block of Preston Drive between noon and 8:40 p.m., police said.
Driving under the influence
Alexandro Colon, 37, 1474 Glenside Dr., was arrested at 2:29 a.m. and charged with DUI following traffic stop at Boughton Road and Feathersound Drive, police said.
Theft from Kohl's
Miriam Ibarra, 19, 112 Friars Ct., was arrested at 6:41 p.m. and charged with retail theft at Kohl’s, 1138 W. Boughton Rd., police said.
Possession of drug equipment
Michael Braxton Jr., 20, 1531 Shagbark Dr., was arrested at 8:03 a.m. and charged with driving on a suspended license and possession of drug equipment following a traffic stop on Lacebark Court, police said.
