Bolingbrook Police Blotter: Game Systems Stolen from Bedroom

Car theft, driving under the influence and more in the Bolingbrook police blotter of Oct. 13.

Game systems stolen from bedroom 

Two game systems were stolen from a bedroom on the 100 block of Garden Drive between 7:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. The loss was valued at $600.

Wallet stolen from car 

A wallet was taken from a vehicle parked in the garage on the 500 block of Buckingham Way between 9 p.m. and 11:34 p.m., police said.

Generators stolen from business 

Two generators were stolen from a business on the 200 block of N. Bolingbrook Drive after a window was broken sometime overnight, police said. 

Driving under the influence 

Marisol Maldonado, 41, 135 S. Main St., Elburn, was arrested at 12:39 a.m. and charged with improper turn at intersection, improper lane usage and two counts of DUI following traffic stop at DuPage Court and Seneca Lane, police said. 

Driving under the influence 

Onorato Ortega-Diaz, 40, 321 Woodruff St., Aurora, was arrested at 2:56 a.m. and charged with two counts of DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane usage, no valid driver’s license and failure to signal following a traffic stop on the 400 block of N. Bolingbrook Drive, police said.
