DeAaron Wims, 18, 8228 S. Maryland Ave., Chicago and a 16-year-old were both arrested at 7:11 p.m. and charged with retail theft at Macy’s, 645 E. Boughton Rd., Bolingbrook police said.

Contempt of court
Fernando Fuentes, 25, 231 Haller Ave., Romeoville, was arrested at 10:37 a.m. and charged with contempt of court on the 300 block of W. Briarcliff Road, police said.

Resisting a peace officer
Mark Escobedo, 28, 453 Greentree Ln., was arrested at 10:22 p.m. and charged with resisting a peace officer at 10:22 pm.
Driving under the influence
Clifford Ragland, 23, 470 Monarch Ln., was arrested at 1:15 a.m. and charged with DUI and speeding following a traffic stop at Hampshire Lane and Ashbury Road, police said.
In-state warrant
Vincent Kowalski, 22, 160 Bowman Ct., was arrested at 10 p.m. and charged with an in-state warrant on the 400 block of N. Bolingbrook Drive, police said.
