Additionally, Rompa said Fagan was identified as the second individual involved in an attempted robbery that occurred at Hometown Pantry, 128 N. Bolingbrook Dr., at 4:40 p.m. on Oct. 13.

Rompa said Fagan eluded police at the time of the incident, while another suspect, Angel Velez, was found in a group at the park district basketball courts a short time later and taken into custody for allegedly attempting to steal a man's wallet.
