Bolingbrook Police: iPhones Stolen from Marshalls, Library

Contributing to a criminal delinquency of a juvenile, domestic battery and more in the Bolingbrook police blotter of Oct. 13, 24-25.

Oct. 25 

iPhone stolen from purse 

An iPhone was stolen from a purse while the victim was shopping at Marshalls, 1158 W. Boughton Rd., at 5 p.m., police said.

Retail theft, contributing to a criminal delinquency of a juvenile 

Gabriela Perez, 22, 137 Jamestown Dr., and Ana Lopez, 30, 137 Jamestown Dr., were both arrested at 7:25 p.m. and charged with retail theft and contributing to a criminal delinquency of a juvenile at Kohl’s, 1138 W. Boughton Rd., police said.

Domestic battery  

Devon Wallace, 22, 1 Raven Ct., was arrested at 8:24 p.m. and charged with domestic battery in Lot V of Fernwood Drive, police said. 

Retail theft from Meijer 

Officers were called to Meijer, 755 E. Boughton Rd., for the report of a retail theft, police said. Unknown subjects stole several DVD’s from the store without paying and drove off at 3:48 p.m., police said. 

In-state warrant 

Armand Ganier, 33, 310 Woodcreek Dr., was arrested at 11:07 a.m. and charged with an in-state warrant, police said. 

Oct. 24 

iPhone stolen from Fountaindale Library 

An iPhone was stolen from the Fountaindale Library, 300 W. Briarcliff Rd., while the victim was charging it between 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m., police said. The loss was valued at $200. 

Oct. 13 

Laptop stolen 

A netbook laptop was stolen from a residence on Lilac Ct. between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., police said. The loss was valued at $300.
