Police: Man Charged with Hit and Run, DUI with Injuries

Home invasion, domestic battery and more in the Bolingbrook police blotter of Sept. 3.

Sept. 3 

Hit and run, driving under the influence 

Hector Alvarez, 57, of 541 Emerson Dr., was arrested at 6:28 p.m. and charged with hit and run, DUI, no insurance, driving on a suspended license and aggravated DUI with injuries, Bolingbrook police said.

Home Invasion

Andre Armstrong-Bryant, 21, of 2103 Allegre Cir., Naperville, was arrested at 2:41 p.m. and charged with home invasion, aggravated domestic battery, unlawful restraint, domestic battery, no insurance, driving on a suspended license,  suspended registration, traffic signal violation and failure to signal on the 1200 block of W. Boughton Road, police said.

Criminal trespass to property

Harry Coulombe, 57, of 429 Wellington Ln., was arrested at 1:34 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass to property on the 100 block of N. Bolingbrook Drive, police said. 

Obstructing justice, disorderly conduct 

Oletha Jackson, 23, of 144 Mayfield Dr., was arrested at 3:49 p.m. and charged with obstructing justice and disorderly conduct following a call to the 1000 block of Jennifer Lane, police said. 

Deceptive practice and forgery 

Joseph Fergeson, 19, of 378 Whitewater Dr., was arrested at 2:26 p.m. and charged with deceptive practice and forgery on the 1200 W. Boughton Road, police said. 

Disorderly conduct 

Brian Robinson, 18, of 645 Cochise Cir. and three juveniles were all arrested at 9:31 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct at Ottawa Lane and Seneca Way, police said. 

Theft from Macy's 

James McHugh, 19, of 725 Hillcrest Dr. in Romeoville, was arrested at 11:22 p.m. and charged with retail theft at Macy’s, 645 E. Boughton Rd., police said. 

Resisting a peace officer

Marshay Lewis, 22, of 1056 Crestwood Ln., was arrested at 1:44 p.m. and charged with resisting a peace officer and battery following a call to the residence, police said.
