Bolingbrook Woman Dies after Car Goes into Ditch
Mary Giles, 59, was involved in a single-vehicle crash Saturday, officials said.
A Bolingbrook woman died Saturday following a single-vehicle crash east of I-55 in Channahon, according to the Will County Coroner's Office.
Mary D. Giles, 59, was pronounced dead at 6:47 p.m. at the Presence St. Joseph Medical Center emergency room in Joliet, the coroner reported.
Giles was the driver of a vehicle that wound up in a ditch near the Arsenal Road ramp east of I-55 in Channahon, the coroner said.
Illinois State Police are investigating the crash.
