Theft at IHOP
Officers were called to IHOP, 194 S. Bolingbrook Dr., for the report of a theft, police said. More than one person placed an order, ate food and then left the restaurant without paying. The loss was valued at $46.

Car stolen
A 2005 Ford pickup was stolen from a business parking lot between Dec. 24 and 28, police said.

Aggravated domestic battery
David Garcia, 61, 564 Lakewood Farms Rd., was arrested at 2:53 a.m. and charged with aggravated domestic battery after a call to the residence for a disturbance, police said.
In-state warrant
Shannon Knoverek, 26, 225 Hywood Ln., was arrested at 2:37 p.m. and charged with an in-state warrant on the 200 block of S. Bolingbrook Drive, police said.
Dec. 27
Retail theft
Randall Bain, 30, 212 Canterbury Ln., was arrested at 4:07 p.m. and charged with retail theft, driving on a suspended license and resisting a peace officer on the 700 block of Janes Avenue, police said.
