Judge Edward Burmila called an end to today's testimony due to a sick juror. He didn't want him to infect the other jurors.

Doman also said Savio told her "on many occasions" that Peterson was "going to kill her and make it look like an accident."

Doman said Savio asked her to grab a suitcase from Savio's SUV in case anything happened to her. Doman said she did so, though the defense grilled her on inconsistencies she gave as to when she grabbed the suitcase. She testified she did not turn over documents to police but held on to them until 2008 when she gave copies of some documents to a producer for the Greta Van Susteren show, according to the Chicago Tribune

She later gave copies of those documents to state police investigators.

The day's first witness is Anna Marie Doman, Kathleen Savio's oldest sister.

Doman gave some explosive testimony about Drew Peterson allegedly banging on Kathleen Savio's door and demanding to be let in the day after she was found dead.

Doman also said Peterson cleaned the tub where Savio was found dead.

"You could see he was rubbing and rubbing and I said, 'What are you doing?' He said he was cleaning. He didn't want the kids to see the blood," Doman said.

"It didn't seem right. Why was there blood in the tub if she drowned?"

Just six weeks before she was found dead in March 2004, Savio visited Doman, Doman said. She looked "afraid" and "upset," Doman said. "Drew told her he was going to kill her. She wasn't going to make it to the divorce settlement. She wasn't going to get his pension or her children."

Original story

Prosecutors plan to call at least four witnesses to the stand Friday, including Kathleen Savio's sister, Anna Marie Doman.

ISP crime scene tech Robert Deel, locksmith Christopher Wolzen and retired Illinois State Police Sgt. Patrick Collins will also testify Friday.

It had been unclear whether Friday's testimony would include Savio's divorce attorney, who was in the hallway waiting to testify Thursday. Arguments over what he will be allowed to say delayed his appearance.

Judge Edward Burmila said he would restrict testimony from Savio's attorney to only the basic details of her divorce settlement with Peterson, according to the Chicago Tribune

That's just it watchful eye , since you are not in law enforcement you wouldnt know the proper procedures to have chain of custody. You just look up things about law enforcement.
joliet resident August 03, 2012 at 09:28 PM
It's Will County business as usual that got us in this mess. Every judge in this county needs to be replaced with someone ethical. Remember the Coroner's Inquest???? And we still have the same lousy coroner. What an embarassment.
Watchful Eye August 03, 2012 at 10:04 PM
Oh yeah? If you say so. You don't know what you're talking about.
Kevin f August 03, 2012 at 10:15 PM
Francis is a night patrol guard at Chuckie Cheeses.
Watchful Eye August 03, 2012 at 10:40 PM
It's quite odd, yet funny, that he thinks anyone would tell this strange bird who they are and what they do for a living. He's obsessed with knowing if I am a police officer or not. Deal with it, Frankie (we know that's not your real name, wink, wink, don't we).
Francis M. Regan August 04, 2012 at 12:40 AM
Wow Kevin grow up, I forgot after birth never does. Go and clean your cell now.
Zoey August 04, 2012 at 12:41 AM
She's divorced. No husband. Spillled on another forum. Obsession with Drew Peterson.

Francis- You've now developed a stutter.
Zoey August 04, 2012 at 12:48 AM
I have to agree. There was no reason to treat a witness that way today. I saw Pam Boscoe's interview and she was not happy with him today.
Francis M. Regan August 04, 2012 at 12:49 AM
The Officer should be dealt with then.
Francis M. Regan August 04, 2012 at 12:53 AM
Pam Bosco should keep her nose out of the trial and lime light. This case had nothing to do with her other than Stacy Peterson , which this trial is not about.
Zoey August 04, 2012 at 01:12 AM
I think they're dealing with one officer at a time. That would be Drew Peterson.
Zoey August 04, 2012 at 01:18 AM
You would know all about keeping your nose out of the limelight, Francis. Why not in court this week? Pam was terrific in front of the cameras, as ususal. It's touching that these two families have bonded during this time. Their support for each other is amazing.
Zoey August 04, 2012 at 01:21 AM
Why are you still attempting to pose as a police officer? You went to citizen patrol workshops and earned a Brownie patch. Glad to see how much you love Joe Hosey now, though. Maybe you could provide some background information for future articles. Perhaps you should contact him since you are an expert in law enforcement. I bet he would love to talk to you. Who knows what other stories you might claim to have further information. (wink)
Francis M. Regan August 04, 2012 at 01:26 AM
Judge Burmila is doing a good job so far.
Zoey August 04, 2012 at 01:27 AM
A few stories ago you were writing love letters to Drew and showing up for visits. Speaking of which, you missed that Friday visit you said you had over at Will County. But then again, your name wasn't on the list again. How nice of you to give your spot to others again. (...and again ....and again)
Francis M. Regan August 04, 2012 at 01:29 AM
The Will county corners office should be abolished and get with the times and become a Medical Examiners Office.
joliet resident August 04, 2012 at 01:44 AM
The judge is not doing a good job. And as far as Stacy's relatives keeping their mouths shut.....what's it to you. Drey preyed upon people without much family connection. What parent would let their daughter at age 17 date that pervert??? Yes, they should stick together and try to get justice for what the old perv did to their families. Lots of luck with a ME office. Will County is way to corrupt to do something like that.
joliet resident August 04, 2012 at 02:36 AM
I am a little confused here. So, you knew Kathy Savio well enough to go to her wake and now you are saying her family is lying and someone else besides Drew did this to her???? Who are you??? Why would you go to pay your respects and then trash the deceased???? Frankly, Francis you sound like a Drew wannabe!
Ann West August 04, 2012 at 07:20 PM
Don't worry? That is all you do is worry about Drew. Not looking good at all for Drew....he is looking so old. He looks a rough 70. Francis will have a stroke when Drew is convicted.
joliet resident August 06, 2012 at 02:19 AM
Francis, you are disgusting saying that you went to church again at 5pm. No way could you be in a church listening and talk to people like you do. You sound like a little kid saying he said it first. Class up and don't write such trivial junk. No one believes you.
Francis M. Regan August 07, 2012 at 02:26 PM
Joliet resident at least I go too Church. And you??? Believe you?
Naperville Flock August 07, 2012 at 02:36 PM
Francis was once the Pastor at a Naperville church. He knows the word of the Lord.
joliet resident August 07, 2012 at 02:53 PM
I do not believe for one minute that a pastor of a church could/would talk like you. I notice my comment was pending after it posted. That's odd!!!!
Francis M. Regan August 07, 2012 at 03:04 PM
Joliet resident it was pending, because who are you to judge one about religion. Like a our Priest once said no one and he meant no one is perfect at anytime and we have to try everyday to be perfect. Wow I swear and get nasty at times, when someone attacks me here, so what's the sin? Venial!!
joliet resident August 07, 2012 at 03:36 PM
Wow, you post your church going and your opinion of people and their sexual orientation and then because I said I hope we are not in the same church I am judgemental???? You carefully type in your words this is strictly a volunteer comment forum and no one is forcing you to be on it. In fact I wish people that use language like you would not comment. But you are typing these words in believe me you could control your thought process if you cared to. Also, someone said you were a pastor of a church in Naperville, and above you refer to your priest so what is the deal? Surely a pastor would not find my comment judgemental.
Francis M. Regan August 07, 2012 at 03:52 PM
Yes , the pastor would say that is not for you to judge someone and he would say you are judgemental. That's only up to one person?
joliet resident August 07, 2012 at 04:08 PM
This is my final post. Francis you win you wonderful person. I will not be insulted by a person that simply is on here to bait people and acts like a 2 year old when he is caught. Actually, I think it would be prudent for the "Patch" to remove Francis Regan. I will get my info from other sources and unlike on FB. I want nothing to do with this person and hope I never meet him in person. He is actually a very threatening character.
Francis M. Regan August 07, 2012 at 04:29 PM
Bye bye Joliet resident. Don't come back! Meet him in person? Threatening person? Never to you.
