DUI, Drug Charges, Stolen Tractor Trailer

Bolingbrook Police reports July 29

Criminal trespass
Jake Neville, 32, 1309 102nd St., Rock Island, was charged with criminal trespass to vehicle at 4:40 a.m. in the 100 block of S. Bolingbrook Drive, said Bolingbrook Police.

Broken window
A window was broken to a building between 11 and 11:53 p.m. in the 1800 block of Apple Valley Drive, according to Bolingbrook Police reports.

Tractor trailer stolen

A tractor trailer was stolen from a parking lot between July 24 and Aug. 29 in the 100 block of East Old Chicago Drive, Bolingbrook Police said.

DUI

Martin Gacinda-Laguna, 21, 4P Fernwood Drive, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, no valid driver’s license, leaving the scene of accident and no insurance at 7 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 500 block of Remington Boulevard, according to Bolingbrook Police reports.

Drug charges

Isreal Martinez-Ramos, 29, 23460 W. Link Ln., Plainfield was charged with an in-state warrant, possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment at 1:32 p.m. following a traffic stop on the 100 block of E. North Frontage Road, Bolingbrook Police said.

Battery

Miguel Cejudo, 52, 134 Springleaf Drive, was charged with battery at 2:51 p.m.
in the 100 block of N. Bolingbrook Drive, according to Bolingbrook Police reports.

Theft

Matthew Kuhn, 21, 1623 Vincent Court, Naperville, was charged with theft at 2:23 p.m. at Best Buy, 315 N. Weber Road, said Bolingbrook Police.

Retail theft

Malik Chappell, 20, 1863 Marne Road, was charged with retail theft at 12:01 p.m. at Jewel/Osco, 1200 W. Boughton Road, Bolingbrook Police said.

Cell phone stolen

A cell phone was taken from a counter of a business at 10:58 a.m. in the 200 block of South Bolingbrook Drive, according to Bolingbrook Police reports.
