Drew Peterson has been found guilty of first degree murder in the death of his third wife, Kathleen Savio.

The jury asked the judge to tell them what the word "unanimous" means.
Judge Edward Burmiila said he received the jury's question at 12:35 p.m. "Just to be clear, judge, what does 'unanimous' mean?" Burmila said the jury asked.
Burmila said he was sending back a note telling the jury that 'unanimous' means the agreement of all in regard to the matter at hand, and that when a verdict is reached, each juror must sign his or her name to it.

The jury has sent a question to the judge. The judge will read the question from the bench shortly.

The jury's lunch was just delivered. They may continue their deliberations while they eat.

The jury began deliberating at 9:05 a.m. Jurors were taken straight to the back. Judge Edward Burmila did not have them brought into the courtroom before they started their second day of deliberations.
