Man Charged with DUI After Bolingbrook Rollover Crash
A 56-year-old Bolingbrook woman was extricated from her vehicle following the crash, police said.
An Aurora man was charged with DUI and possession of cannabis after a crash that injured a Bolingbrook woman Tuesday, police said.
According to police, 21-year-old John Lahner of 2080 Foxtail was westbound on Boughton Road at about 6:47 p.m. when he collided with a vehicle driven by a 56-year-old woman traveling north on Lindsey Lane. The crash caused the woman's vehicle to roll over, trapping her inside, police said.
Bolingbrook Fire Department personnel removed the woman from the vehicle, and she was transported to Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital for evaluation, police said.
Lahner was also taken to Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital before being taken into police custody.
