Minors Charged After Police Bust Booze Party

A 2004 GMC Sierra was stolen from a driveway sometime between July 27 and July 28 in the 400 block of Rebecca Lane, said Bolingbrook Police.

Minors net alcohol charges after party bust
Cesar Arguello, 20, 411 Gainsborough Court; Fay Lopez, 18, 15039 W. Glen Court, Homer Glen; Reymundo Zavala, 18, 449 Salem Square; and a 16-year-old juvenile were all charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor at 9:55 p.m. following a call for the report of a party in the 100 block of Jamestown Lane, according to Bolingbrook Police reports. During the incident Arnold Zavala, 22, 449 Salem Square, was charged with contributing to criminal delinquency of juvenile and illegal liquor access, according to Bolingbrook Police reports.

DUI
Alejandro Galindo, 35, 409 Providence Court, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and no valid driver’s license at 12:17 a.m. following a traffic stop at Route 53 and Beaconridge Drive, Bolingbrook police said.

Retail theft, alcohol charge
Nicholas Weesiowers, 19, 129 Galewood Drive, was charged with retail theft,
resisting a peace officer and illegal consumption of alcohol at 9:45 p.m. at Jewel/Osco, 1200 W. Boughton Road, according to Bolingbrook Police reports.

More than $9,000 worth of toner cartridges stolen
A bay door was cut open to gain entry and 40 toner cartridges were taken between 1 and 6:10 a.m. from a business on Territorial Court, Bolingbrook police said.
