DUIs

  • Keiwin Baptiste, 26, 610 Preston Drive, was charged with improper lane usage and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol at 3:16 a.m. following a traffic stop at Delaware Court and Dean Circle.
  • Anthony Rataiczyk, 36, 537 Walker Dr., was charged with a moving violation and DUI at 8:23 a.m. following a traffic spot at Boughton Road and Hartford Lane.

Wood bench stolen

Someone stole a wooden bench, valued at $250, from the front porch of a residence sometime overnight in the 800 block of Cloverdale Lane, police said.

Business vandalized

A couch and several barber chairs were slashed and shampoo and miscellaneous papers were strewn about the floor sometime overnight at a business in the 300 block of North Schmidt Road.

iPod stolen

An IPod was taken from a vehicle between 6:45 and 7:46 p.m. in the 700 block of North Janes Avenue. Reports state the vehicle window was broken to gain entry.
