1. Retail theft

Police responded to the Kohl’s at 1138 W. Boughton Rd. for the report of a retail theft. Security told police they witnessed a subject place several pieces of clothing in a backpack and flee the store on a bicycle. Loss valued at $75.

2. Criminal damage to property

Police were called to the 300 block of Pheasant Chase Drive for the report of criminal damage to property. The homeowner told police that unknown subjects threw numerous eggs, which caused damage to the home.

3. Criminal damage to property

Sulay Kemokai, 33, of the first block of Fernwood Drive, was charged with a violation of order of protection and criminal damage to property following a call to the residence for a disturbance at 10 p.m.
