DUI charged

Patrick Jimmar, 33, 133 Delaware Drive, was charged with driving under the influence of alchool, no insurance and driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop at 4:11 a.m. on the 500 block of East Briarcliff Road.

Man nets retail theft charge

Ricardas Bravaitis, 28, 1857 S. Washington St., Naperville, was charged with retail theft at 5:04 p.m. at Meijer, 225 N. Weber Road.

Disorderly conduct charged

Erick Ugalde, 19, 157 Vernon Drive, was charged with disorderly conduct at 3:50 a.m. on the 400 block of Rockhurst Road.

Minor charged with illegal alcohol consumption

Edgar Torrijos-Perez, 19, 610 Preston Drive, was charged with a battery, disorderly conduct and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor at 2:30 a.m. following a call to the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive for a fight.

Trailer stolen from parking lot

A 1995 Wabash trailer was taken from the parking lot sometime between Jan. 27 and Jan. 29 on the 300 block of Crossroads Parkway.
