Theft

Ursula Wachowiak, 41, 428 Talcott Ave., Lemont, was charged with a theft in the 600 block of East Boughton Road.

Retail theft

Krystal Rodriguez, 23, 406 Hallmark Lane, was charged with retail theft at 7:15 p.m. at Kohl’s, 1138 W. Boughton Road.

Items stolen from vehicle

A GPS unit, portable DVD player and a pair of prescription sunglasses, valued together at $1,000, were taken from an unlocked vehicle between March 15 and March 16 in the 400 block of Galahad Road.

Purse stolen from vehicle

A purse was taken from a vehicle between March 15 and March 16 at Granada Court and Hywood Lane.

DUI

Matthew Cushing, 28, 526 Cottonwood Circle, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without lights at 2 a.m.,following a traffic stop at Briarcliff and Schmidt roads.
