Car vandalized

Someone smashed the window and broke the steering wheel column of a vehicle at 10:20 a.m. on the 300 block of West Crossroads Parkway.

Woman steals from Target

Desiree Bush, 19, 137 Lilac Lane, was charged with retail theft at 6 p.m. at Target, 1188 W. Boughton Road.

DUI arrest

Rafael Vargas, 32, 7 Scarlet Court, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and no insurance following a traffic stop at 2:54 a.m. at Rodeo Drive and Dalton Road.

Retail theft charge

London Vanderbilt, 29, 1212 Lily Cache Lane, was charged with retail theft at 1:45 p.m. on the 600 block of East Boughton Road.
