Pool damaged
Someone punched holes through the bottom of a pool between April 4 and April 5 in the 2100 block of Mark Circle. Reports state the damage is $7,000.

Theft from Meijer
Kyle Lipke, 22, 307 Woodcreek Drive, was charged with theft following a previous theft Feb. 17 at Meijer, 225 N. Weber Road.

DUI
James Jakubosky Jr., 19, 229 N. Commonwealth Drive, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving too fast for conditions and improper lane usage at 9:51 p.m.following a traffic stop in the 500 block of Remington Boulevard.
Friday, April 6
Pistol stolen from home
A 9 mm pistol was taken from a residence between Jan. 1 and April 6 in the 500 block of North Ashbury Drive.
DUI
Alexander Silva, 21, 2593 Shenandoah Court, Aurora, was charged with driving too fast for conditions, no insurance and two counts of driving under the influence at 1:07 a.m. following a traffic stop on the 500 block of Remington Boulevard.
Air rifle violation
Gerald Humphrey, 20, 4265 Drexel Ave., Aurora, was charged with an air rifle violation at 10:52 p.m. following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook Drive and Lee Lane.
Cell phone stolen
A cell phone was stolen between 1:15 and 2 p.m. from the kitchen of a home in the 400 block of Bloomfield Drive. Reports state the phone is valued at $250.
