Police Blotter: Dunkin' Donuts Inflatable Coffee Cup Slashed

Thursday, Nov. 8

1. Dunkin’ Donuts cup slashed

Police were called to the Dunkin’ Donuts on the 200 block South Bolingbrook Drive, where an unknown subject slashed the inflatable coffee cup in front of the business at 1:25 a.m. before driving off.

Wednesday, Nov. 7

2. Stolen electronics

A MacBook and car stereo were taken from a car parked on the 800 block of Remington Boulevard. All four tires were also slashed between 3:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Loss/damage valued at $900.

3. Stolen crates

$1,400 worth of metal crates were taken from a business lot on the 200 block of Marquette Drive at 10 a.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 6

4. Domestic battery

Robert Hickey, 33, of the 100 block of Larchmont Avenue, was charged with domestic battery at 11:09 p.m. The victim was transported to Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital for their injuries.

5. Battery

Christopher Martinez, 21, of the 100 block of South Schmidt Road, was charged with battery at 4:15 p.m.

6. Stolen guitar

A guitar was taken from a home on the 200 block of Butternut Drive between Dec. 4 and Dec. 6. Loss valued at $750.

Monday, Nov. 5

7. Warrant

Valeda Bell, 21, of the 200 block of Apache Court, was charged with two in-state warrants following a traffic stop at the intersection of Delaware Drive and York Street at 6:36 p.m.

8. Victim taken to hospital following BB gun wounds

Police were called to the 200 block of Chippewa Court for the report of an aggravated battery. The unknown offender shot a BB gun hitting the victim twice and then fled the area. The victim was transported to Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital for their injuries.

9. Assault

Marcie Lee, 38, of the 8000 block of Janes Avenue in Woodridge, was charged with assault and resisting a peace officer following an incident at Tilted Kilt, 1055 South Weber Road at 10:56 p.m.

10. Aggravated assault

Police responded to the 1600 block of Trails End Lane for an aggravated assault. The victim said an unknown subject drove by and pointed a gun at the victim, laughed and then drove away at 6:15 a.m.
