Police Blotter: Man Punched in Eye After Argument

Stolen car

A 2002 white Cadillac DeVille was stolen from a parking lot on the 500 block of North Pinecrest Road, police said.

In-state warrant

Tracy Medders, 35, of the 300 block of Meadowlark Drive, was charged with an in-state warrant following a traffic stop at Bloomfield Drive and Wildflower Way, police said.

In-state warrant

Myesha Jones, 33, of the 200 block of Meadowbrook Lane, was charged with having no valid driver’s license, an in-state warrant, no insurance and a safety belt violation following a traffic stop on the 100 block of Malibu Drive, police said.

Hit and run

Luke Deame, 20, of the 600 block of Preston Drive, was charged with a hit and run, no insurance, failure to give information, failure to report to police and failure to reduce speed, police said.

Battery

Police responded to the 1100 block of Collingwood Drive at 9:30 p.m. for the report of a battery. A victim said they were punched in the eye after a verbal dispute with the offender.
