Cologne, perfume, diabetic testing strips stolen

Diabetic testing strips and several bottles of cologne and perfume, valued together at $900, were stolen from a display cabinet at 5:40 p.m. from Walgreens, 695 W. Boughton Road.

Battery, disorderly conduct

Devon Wallace, 21, 1 Raven Court, was charged with aggravated battery, resisting a peace officer and disorderly conduct at 11:51 p.m. following a call to the residence for a loud party and persons in the street obstructing traffic.

DUI

Roger Gil Jr., 49, 881 Bluestem Drive, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 11:48 p.m. following a traffic stop at Anne Lane and Janes Avenue.

Laptop stolen

A laptop was stolen between 4 and 7 p.m. in Lot P of Fernwood Drive. Reports state the front door was kicked in during the burglary.
