Police Blotter: Retail Thieves Make Off With Cameras, Cell Phone
Bolingbrook police reports, Oct. 15-16.
Sunday, Oct. 16
1. Warrant
Antony Rice, 24, of the 300 block of Whitewater Drive, was charged with an in-state warrant, no insurance, driving on a suspended license and an equipment violation following a traffic stop at the intersection of Boughton Road and Brighton Road at 3:01 a.m.

2. Violation of order of protection
Stephanie Suida, 20, of the 400 block of Sauk Lane, and Shawn Ireland, 26, of the 100 block of North Pinecrest Drive, were both charged with a violation of order of protection on the 300 block of West Briarcliff Road at 7:27 p.m. Ireland was also charged with an in-state warrant.

3. Retail theft
Police were called to Meijer, located at 755 E. Boughton Rd., for the report of a retail theft. A witness told police they saw two unknown subjects enter the store and remove five cameras and a cell phone from a locked display between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Loss valued at $600.
Saturday, Oct. 15
4. Warrant
Michael Alcado, 20, of the 1100 block of Jennifer Lane, was charged with an in-state warrant following a traffic stop on the 200 block of Harwood Lane at 3:47 a.m.
5. Criminal trespass to property
Shawn Rodges, 21, of the 500 block of Emerson Circle, was charged with criminal trespass to property after being asked by homeowner to leave the residence at 1 a.m.
6. Warrant
Demonte Dandridge, 21, of the 300 block of Plainview Drive, was charged with an in-state warrant following a traffic stop at Schmidt Road and Cumberland Drive at 7:04 p.m.
7. DUI
Jason Danick, 24, of the 200 block of Beaconridge Drive, was charged with DUI, no insurance, failure to notify damage and reckless driving following a traffic stop on Lot B of Beaconridge Drive at 2:30 a.m.
8. Stolen Car
A 2004 Volvo was taken from a parking lot on the 200 block of West South Frontage Road between Oct. 12 and Oct. 15.
