Refusing to pay cab fare

David Cross, 21, of 3820 Sunburst Ln., was arrested at 4 a.m. and charged with theft after refusing to pay cab fare at 4:00 a.m. in the area of Lily Cache Lane and Weber Road, said.

Safe, light pole damaged in business

A safe and a light pole were damaged to a business on the 100 block of E. Boughton Road between 1 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., police said. The damage was valued at $250.

Mountain bike, CD's stolen from garage

A specialized Mountain bike and miscellaneous CD’s were taken from an open garage on the 100 block of Enclave Circle at 5:44 p.m., police said. The loss was valued at $1,000. 

Driving under the influence 

Lori Muhammad, 44, of 107 Pilgrim Ct., was arrested at 1:45 p.m. and charged with failure to signal, hit and run and two counts of DUI following a traffic stop at Route 53 and Robinhood Way, police said.

iPad stolen from residence

An iPad was taken from the residence on the 100 block of Larchmont Way between 9 a.m. to 12:50 p.m., police said. 

In-state warrant

Eric Gatto, 36, of 1036 Ridgewood Dr., was arrested at 10:51 a.m. and charged with an in-state warrant on the 200 block of Paddington Drive, police said. 

Report of gun shots

Officers were called to the 300 block of Delaware Drive for the report of gunshots at 11 p.m., police said. The homeowner found four holes in the residence siding. 

June 30

Spray painting on car 

Emmanuel Padilla, 28, of 279 Paddington Ln., was arrested at 2:08 a.m. and charged with criminal defacement to property after spray painting a car on the 200 block of Windsor Drive, police said. 

Wallet stolen from car

A wallet was taken from a car parked on the 200 block of S. Lindsey Lane between 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., police said.
