Police Blotter: Stolen Fridge, Outstanding Warrants

 Wednesday, Feb. 16

Warrant

Leslie Kuhr, 19, of the 500 block of Preston Drive, was charged with an in-state warrant on the 300 block of Briarcliff Road, police said.

Tuesday, Feb. 15

Warrant

Vincent Weston, 24, of the 1600 block of Juneway Terrace, in Chicago, was charged with an in-state warrant following a traffic stop on the 200 block of South Weber Road, according to reports.

DUI

Ernesto Ramos, 27, of the 100 Davis Court, was charged with DUI, improper lane usage, traffic signal violation, aggravated battery, resisting a peace officer and an out of state warrant following a traffic stop on the 200 block of West. Briarcliff Road, police said.

Monday, Feb. 14

Stolen car

A 2003 white truck was taken from a parking lot on the 400 block of West Crossroads Drive, according to reports.

Battery

Alisha Patterson, 20, of the 300 block of Berkeley Drive, and Javonna Lyons, 20, of the 100 block of Jamestown, were charged with battery, police said.

Aggravated battery

Vida Lyons, 22, of the 100 block of Jamestown, was charged with aggravated battery, trespassing and resisting a peace officer following a call to the 200 block of South Bolingbrook Drive, police said.

Feb. 13

DUI

Nicholas Emery, 22, of the 300 block of Berkeley Drive, was charged with DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, failure to signal and no insurance following a traffic stop a the intersection of Route 53 and Interstate 55, according to reports.

Warrant

Porfirio Madrid, 34, of the 300 block of Hickory Avenue, in Romeoville, was charged with escape, fraudulent driver’s license, an out of state warrant and an outstanding in-state warrant, police said.

Retail theft

Tyronda Ladd, 32, of the 700 block of Countryside Drive, was charged with retail theft at the Meijer at 225 N. Weber Road, according to reports.

Battery

Alexander Cannon, 23, of the 400 block of Pheasant Chase Drive, and Markus Milden, 23, of the 1400 block of Hawk Drive, were charged with battery following a call to the intersection of Bradford Place and Quail Run, police said. Milden was also charged with resisting a peace officer, according to reports.

DUI

Matthew Albert, 24, of the 1100 block of East Avenue, in Upland, Ind., was charged with DUI, failure to reduce speed, driving in the wrong lane, no insurance and open alcohol following a traffic stop on the 500 block of Remington Boulevard, police said.

Feb. 11

Warrant

Quying Jackson, 30, of the 100 block of Jamie Street in Homewood, was charged with five outstanding warrants following a traffic stop at the intersection of Hywood Lane and Elm Court, police said.

Retail theft

Luis Gamez, 17, of the 500 block of South Wood Street, in Chicago, was charged with retail theft and an outstanding warrant at Macy’s, according to reports.

Feb. 10

Stolen refrigerator

A refrigerator, valued at $2,000, was taken from a residence on the 1600 block of Firethorn Drive, police said.
