Thursday, April 14 

Warrant

David Quiros, 28, of the 100 block of Steamboat Lane, was charged with an in-state warrant following a traffic stop on the 200 block of North Weber Road, police sid.

Employee theft

Officers responded to the Meijer at 755 E. Boughton Rd. for the report of an employee theft. Darren Lazinek, 35, of the 20000 bock of Superior Court in Crest Hill, was charged with retail theft after being detained by security, police said.

Wednesday, April 13

Warrant

Michael Ramirez, 23, of the first block of Covington Court, was charged with two outstanding Will County warrants, police said.

Battery

Officers were called to the 400 block of Mallview Drive for the report of a battery, where a witness said they were struck in the ear twice before the offender left the area.

Domestic disturbance

Officers were called the 500 block of Savannah Lane for a report of a domestic disturbance. Taylor Kenneth, 50, of the 500 block of Savannah Lane, was charged with aggravated domestic battery, police said.

Tuesday, April 12

DUI

Travis Vogt, 36, of the 500 block of Nassau, was charged with a DUI and improper lane usage, police said.

Warrant

Amos Morgan, 51, of the 900 block of Westwood Lane, was charged with an in-state warrant, driving on a suspended license and a muffler violation, police said.

Monday, April 11

DUI

Matthew Leinweber, 27, 300 block of Woodcreek Drive, was charged with DUI, police said.

Stolen gas

Officers responded to the 100 block of Barbers Corner for the report of a theft. Police said the offenders removed gas from several cars in the parking lot, police said.

Sunday, April 10

DUI

Juan Guzman 30, of the 800 block of Summit Avenue in Joliet, was charged with DUI, improper lane usage and a traffic sign violation, police said.

Raymond Gonzalez, 48, of the 400 block of Haley Avenue in Romeoville, was charged with driving in a suspended license, DUI and no insurance, police said.

Stolen gun

Officers were called to the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive for the report of a theft, where police said a hand gun was taken.

Public intoxication

Eric Rivera, 21, of the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive, was charged with obstructing a peace officer, public intoxication and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, police said.

Saturday, April 9

Warrant

Lazcano Candelaria, 27, of the 1000 block of Ridgewood Drive, was charged with an in-state warrant, police said.

Antionio Flores, 20, of the 300 block of Tarrington Way, was charged with an in-state warrant, police said.

Retail theft

Raul Jiminez, 36, of the 100 block of Yorkshire Square, was charged with retail theft at Marshall’s, police said.

Graffiti

Officers responded to the 100 block of Shady Lane for the report of criminal defacement. Police said graffiti was discovered on the north side of a home.

Friday, April 8

Robbery

Officers were called to a business on the 100 block of North Bolingbrook Drive for the report of a robbery. Police said while the victim was checking out, two unkown suspects ripped three gold chains from the victim’s neck and ran off.

DUI

Sarah Johnson, 20, of the 200 block of Winding Creek Drive in Naperville, was charged with DUI and failure to yield at an intersection, police said.

Aggravated battery

Officer responded to Macy’s for the report of an aggravated battery. Security stopped the suspect for shoplifting a jacket and was punched in the face, police said.

Warrant

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with an in-state warrant and resisting a peace officer, police said.

Rosella Mendoza, 45, of the first block of Fernwood Drive, was charged with an in-state warrant, police said.

Pedestrian violation

Vincent Braggs, 48, of the 200 block of Waterman Drive, was charged with a pedestrian violation at the intersection of Winston Drive and Douglass Way, police said.

Retail theft

Francisco Ovando, 24, of the 400 block of Wellington Lane, was charged with retail theft and no valid driver’s license, police said.

Slashed tires

Tires were cut to a vehicle parked on the driveway of the 400 block of Sauk Lane, police said.

Thursday, April 7

Residential burglary

Officer responded to the 200 block of Hywood Lane for the report of a residential burglary. Police said the homeowner found a ladder in the rear yard and a 50-inch TV, DVD player, computer, Wii, PS3 and Nintendo Game Systems were taken. Loss valued at $2,700.

Warrant

Wasim Ahmed, 36, of the 100 block of Pilgrim Court, was charged with an in-state warrant, police said.

Saturday, April 2

Battery

Jose Perez, 27, of the 100 block of Jamestown Drive, and Omar Alfaro, 31, of the 100 block of Greentree Court, were both charged with battery after a fight at a business on the 400 block of West Boughton Road.

Quick change scam

Officers responded to the Meijer at 755 E. Boughton Rd. for the report of a quick change scam. Police said the offender made several transactions and the register was short $350.

Stolen bench

A black iron bench was taken from the front yard of a residence on the 1700 block of Red Bud Road, police said.
