Attempted robbery alleged

Bolingbrook police were called at 4 a.m. to the area of Briarcliff Road and Oxford Drive for the report of a person possibly armed with a gun demanding money. The victim was able to get in the vehicle and drive off.

Money taken from locker

Money was stolen from an unlocked locker between 9 and 10:45 p.m. in the 100 block of Canterbury Lane.

Wallets stolen

  • A wallet was stolen from a purse between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the 500 block of East Boughton Road.
  • Someone stole a wallet between 8 and 9 a.m. from the basketball courts in the 500 block of North Janes Avenue.

Air compressor stolen from driveway

An air compressor, valued at $125, was removed from a driveway between 4:15 and 4:58 p.m. in the 200 block of Tudor Court.
