Police Blotter: $17,500 Worth of Jewelry Nabbed From Bolingbrook Home

Sunday, Dec. 4

1. Warrant

Nicholas Dunkleburger, 24, of the first block of Indigo Court, was charged with an in-state warrant on the 500 block of Remington Boulevard at 2:16 a.m.

2. Man charged with DUI after accident report

Jose Mondragon, 48, of the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive, was charged with DUI, no valid driver’s license, no insurance and illegal transportation of alcohol following a call of a traffic crash on the 500 block of Remington Boulevard at 11:50 a.m.

3. DUI

Tavian Banks, 37, of the 2400 block of Gold Ridge Circle, was charged with DUI following a traffic stop at the intersection of Boughton Road and Route 53.

4. Warrant

Anthony Segura, 23, of the 500 block of Miner Drive, was charged with an in-state warrant on the 400 block of York Drive at 2:50 p.m.

5. DUI

Sharris Sienkowski, 25, of the 500 block of Belmont Drive in Romeoville, was charged with DUI and a traffic violation following a traffic stop on the 200 block of Canterbury Lane at 1:02 a.m.

Saturday, Dec. 3

6. DUI

Samanta Olsen, 26, of the 100 block of Queenswood Road, was charged with DUI following a traffic stop at the intersection of Route 53 and St. Andrews Drive at 2:06 a.m.

7. DUI

Tracy Moderhack, 52, of the 2300 block of Keystone Court in Naperville, was charged with two counts of DUI following a traffic stop on the 400 block of West Boughton Road at 7:58 p.m.

8. $17,500 in jewelry nabbed in home burglary

Police were called to the 1500 block of Somerfield Drive for the report of a residential burglary. A homeowner told police they arrived at the home at 5:25 p.m. and found the front door kicked in and numerous pieces of jewelry taken between 9:30 a.m. and 5:25 p.m. Loss valued at $17,500.

Friday, Dec. 2

9. Xbox stolen from home

An Xbox 360 game system was taken from a home on the 400 block of Yorkshire Square between 12:05 a.m. and 7:53 a.m.

10. Three arrested after fight

Marquis Huff, 21, of the first block of Fernwood Drive; Xavier Boateng, 18, of the 24000 block of West Champion Drive in Plainfield; and Deshun Echols, 21, of the 7400 block of South Stewart Avenue in Chicago were all charged with disorderly conduct after a call to the 400 block of West Boughton Road for the report of a fight at 1:14 p.m.

11. Three charged in residential burglary

Police were called to the 200 block of Buli Lane for the report of a residential burglary. Richard Robles, 18, of the 400 block of Assembly Drive; Kwantey Dyse, 18, of the 500 block of Preston Drive; and a 17-year-old were all charged with the crime.

12. Gold ring snatched from home

A gold ring was taken from a home on the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive between Nov. 25 and Dec. 2. Loss valued at $2,500.

13. Warrant

Quintin Wheat, 21, of the 100 block of Delmar Drive, was charged with an in-state warrant at 12:46 p.m.

14. Residential burglary

Police were called to the 200 block of Hampdon Court for the report of a residential burglary. The front door had been kicked in and a computer, stereo, turntable, mixing board and keyboard were taken between 2 p.m. and 11:58 p.m. Loss valued at $8,600.
