Thursday, Dec. 8
1. Resisting a peace officer
Andre Williams, 27, of the 300 block of South Des Plaines in Joliet, was charged with resisting a peace officer on the 100 block of Somerset Lane at 1:46 p.m.

2. Stolen car
Police were called to the 100 block of Somerset Lane for the report of a stolen car. The owner said they were warming up the car and returned at 10:50 p.m. and an unknown offender drove off with the car.

3. DUI
Kristen Gajda, 26, of the 600 block of Belinder Lane in Schaumburg, was charged with speeding and two counts of DUI following a traffic stop at the intersection of Route 53 and Everglade Drive at 12:50 a.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 7
4. Retail theft
Police were called to the Meijer at 755 E. Boughton Rd. for the report of a retail theft. Security cameras show an unknown subject placing numerous diabetic test strip packages in a shopping cart and exiting the store at 4:24 p.m. Loss valued at $2,600.
5. DUI
Michelle Allen, 25, of the 300 block of New Castle Lane, was charged with driving on a suspended license and DUI following a traffic stop at Lee Lane and Aspen Court at 11:25 p.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 6
6. Theft
Darius Callahan, 27, of the 6000 block of West Grand Avenue in Chicago, was charged with theft on the 1000 block of Remington Boulevard at 5 a.m.
Thursday, Dec. 1
7. Stolen car
A 1998 black Grad Prix was taken from the 100 block of Somerset Lane while warming up at 5:45 a.m.
