Sugar poured into gas tank
Officers were called to the 100 block of Bothwell Lane for a report of criminal damage to a car, police said. The owner said sugar was poured into the gas tank of his car between 3:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Warrant
Marcus Rainey, 28, of the 500 block of 5thPlace in Maywood, was charged with two in-state warrants following a traffic stop at the intersection of Blair Lane and Schmidt Road, police said.

Stolen car
A 2001 silver Saab was taken from the driveway of a residence on Elm Court, police said.
Car burglaries
Jose Quintero, 22, of the 200 block of Harwood Drive, was charged with burglary to a car, possession of burglary tools, criminal damage to a vehicle and resisting a peace officer following a call to the 200 block of Canterbury Lane, police said.
Officers responded to the 1200 block of West Boughton Road, for the report of a burglary to a car, police said. The owner, police said, found a window broken to the vehicle and a GPS unit and suitcase full of clothing were missing.
A car radio was taken from a vehicle parked on the 400 block of West Boughton Road after the offender broke a side window to gain entry, police said. Loss valued at $500.
Warrant
Frank Zuno, 20, of the 400 block of Devonshire Court, was charged with an in-state warrant on the 200 block of South Bolingbrook Drive.
March 13Retail theft
Terrell Cook, 18, of the 2000 block of Prentiss Drive in Downers Grove, and Charles Lusk, 19, of the 500 block of Cottonwood Circle, were both charged with retail theft at Kohl’s after taking clothing from the store without paying for the merchandise, police said.
Battery
Jessie Morris, 19, of the 200 block of Walker Drive, was charged with battery, criminal damage to property and obstructing justice after officers responded to the 600 block of Cochise Circle for a report of a fight and loud noise, police said.
Domestic battery
Tristan Payton, 27, of the 1700 block of Arbor Lane in Crest Hill, was charged with aggravated fleeing, domestic battery, driving on a suspended license and no insurance following a traffic stop on the 100 block of Farmgate Drive, police said.
Warrant
Journey Chareun, 28, of the 16000 block of Kingsbrooke Drive in Crest Hill, was charged with driving on a suspended license, speeding, no insurance and an in-state warrant following a traffic stop on the 300 block of Gehrig Circle, police said.
March 12Retail theft
Aaron Schuster, 27, of the 10000 block of Siedlemann Court in St. John, Ind., was charged with retail theft at Meijer at 755 E. Boughton Road, police said.
DUI
Kevin Wilson, 30, of the 20 block of North Warwick Avenue in Westmont, was charged with two counts of DUI and speeding following a traffic stop at the intersection of Route 53 and 83rd Street, police said.
Donna Oelker, 42, of the 7000 block of Exner Drive in Darien, was charged with DUI, speeding, improper lane usage and no insurance following a traffic stop at the intersection of Boughton Road and Pinecrest Road, police said.
Warrant
Kedra Robinson, 42, of the 21000 block of West Knollwood Drive in Plainfield, was charged with driving on a suspended license, no valid registration and an in-state warrant following a traffic stop on Beaconridge Drive, police said.
March 11Unlawful acquisition of a controlled substance
Karen Haislip, 48, of the 100 block of Steamboat Lane in Bolingbrook, was arrested around 11:20 a.m. near the intersection of 75th Street and Fort Hill Drive after police said she tried to pick up a fraudulent prescription that was in the name of her deceased mother. She was charged with unlawful acquisition of a controlled substance. Police said her bail was set at $1,500.
Endangering the health of a child
Valerie Stewart, 27, of the 300 block of Delaware Drive, was charged with endangering the health of a child following a traffic stop, police said.
DUI
Robert Berndt, 43, of the 100 block of North Lancaster Drive, was charged with DUI and disobeying a police officer, police said.
Residential burglary
Officers responded to the 500 block of Sharon Way for the report of a residential burglary, police said. Witness said an unknown person entered the victim’s car and removed a wallet.
March 10Residential burglaries
Officer responded to the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive for the report of a residential burglary, police said. The homeowner noticed the door jam was broken and a TV was missing from the apartment, police said.
Officers were called to the 100 block of Queenswood Drive for the report of a residential burglary, police said. The homeowner said numerous game systems, games, a drill and a saw were taken.
Retail theft
David Santarelli, 46, of the 600 block of Bakewell Drive in Naperville, was charged with retail theft at Menards, police said.
Warrants
Regelio Galindo, 32, of the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive, was charged with three in-state warrants following a traffic stop, police said.

Raphael Franklin, 31, of the 100 block of Creekside Drive, was charged with an in-state warrant following a traffic stop on the 100 block of East Boughton Road, police said.
