Police: Bolingbrook Man Ready to Party, Steals Champagne
Here's an item from the Village of Lisle Police Department blotter on June 16.
Ellis D. Lyles, 21, of Bolingbrook, was charged with one felony count of retail theft.
According to police reports, he was in custody at the DuPage County Jail for a similar crime in a neighboring village, and had admitted to taking a bottle of champagne from the Maple Avenue Jewel-Osco.
He is scheduled to appear in bond court this morning.
