Police: Fake Bomb Threat Forces Walgreens Evacuation

No injuries reported in fake bomb threat that evacuated a Walgreens on the east side of Bolingbrook Wednesday night.

A bomb threat to , located at 680 E. Boughton Rd., forced customers and employees to evacuate the building for a brief period of time Wednesday evening.

According to police, an unidentified male called the store at approximately 5:50 p.m. and threatened that there was a bomb in the building.

The store was evacuated while police thoroughly searched the building. After police failed to find a bomb, the business reopened at the manager's request.
