Another Pretrial Hearing Date Set For Accused Child Pornographer

Aaron Riley, the accused child pornographer from Bolingbrook, will likely go to trial early this year.

As the upcoming trial for an accused child pornographer from Bolingbrook inches closer, another pretrial hearing has been set for February.

Aaron Riley, 56, was and charged with 10 counts of aggravated child pornography, a Class 2 felony punishable by three to seven years in prison. His arrest was the 10th made under Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan’s crackdown on child porn traffickers, dubbed “Operation Glass House.”

Under the initiative, Madigan's office used IP addresses to track down people trading child pornography in Illinois. At an Oct. 26, 2010 news conference, Madigan said police found a room filled "floor to ceiling" with child pornography in Riley's Bolingbrook home.
